We are a crew from the factory floor.
SALETO CZECH s.r.o. was founded in 2021, but the experience of its founders goes back to 2014, when they started as subcontractors on industrial jobs in the Czech Republic — first with tools in hand, later with their own crews. Germany and other European countries followed step by step.
Today we focus on one thing only: getting qualified tradesmen to companies that are short of them. We work with a network of vetted partners and contractors who have years of experience abroad and know what a deadline means. We know every single person before we send them anywhere — that is why we can vouch for what we deliver.
01 / RELIABILITY
People show up when they should
Before the start we verify qualifications, experience and documents. If anything happens, we deliver a replacement within 48 hours.
02 / PAPERWORK
Nothing missing at inspection
We help with A1, Freistellung and trade licences, and before the start we check that the file is complete.
03 / LOGISTICS
Accommodation and transport on request
Most companies handle these themselves. If you prefer not to, we arrange accommodation near the site and transport to the job — agreed in advance.
What we do
Services
We work across light, medium and heavy industry — from process plants and power engineering to industrial and residential construction.
Welding and pipework
MIG/MAG, TIG and stick welding. Steel, stainless, aluminium. Pressure systems, pipe runs, steel structures, weldment repairs.
Assembly and installation
Steel structures and process plants, machines and production lines, anchoring systems, dismantling, maintenance and shutdowns.
Electrical installation
High and low voltage, industrial wiring and automation, lighting and emergency systems, inspections and maintenance.
Plumbing and heating
Water, waste and heating pipework, boilers, underfloor heating, hot water systems and heat pumps, servicing.
Metalwork
Fabrication and installation of structures, railings, platforms and staircases, machine maintenance, metalwork during shutdowns.
Auxiliary and construction work
Insulators, scaffolders, bricklayers, helpers and other trades according to the specific project brief.
